The scope of the works is as follows: Phase 1: Start of works 29 June 2026 Phase 2: Start of works 28 June 2027 Phase 3: Start of works 26 June 2028 A break in works is scheduled between the end of summer 2026 and the start of summer 2027. Works will then be suspended again from the end of December 2027 until the start of summer 2028. The Contractor has full responsibility for the works and for its subcontractors. It must manage and supervise them effectively and safely. It is solely responsible for the resources, methods, procedures and coordination of all aspects of the Works under the contract. The Contract shall come into force on the date specified in the notice of award or, failing that, on the date on which the notice of award is issued to the CONTRACTOR by the PUBLIC BODY. The contractor must adhere to the timetable set out in the CSSDGS tender documents. The key dates in the timetable are as follows, in accordance with the established sequence: - Preparation: upon award of the contract - Commencement of works: 29 June 2026 - Provisional acceptance of the works: 18 August 2028 - Acceptance of the works without reservation: to be determined during the term of the contract Given the nature of the contract, it shall remain in force for as long as the CONTRACTOR has not carried out the Works to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY and as long as there remain warranty obligations to be fulfilled.
