The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) is soliciting bids for on-call general and emergency electrical repair and services for the LTBB Rural Development Rental Housing Units. This is a projected three and a half-year award, from April 2026 through December 2029, with each year's renewal based on funding approval. The contractor will be responsible for providing upkeep and repairs for over thirty rental units. Scope requirements include having the necessary equipment and licensing; coordinating with the LTBB Housing Department for services and with LTBB Planning for permits and inspections; adhering to COVID protocols; providing a local service technician; ensuring a two-hour or less emergency response time and service within a twenty-four-hour notice; and servicing a variety of residential electrical systems. The contractor must also be available for after-hours and holiday service. Written quotes are required for repairs or upgrades over $4,999.99, and written approval is needed for work over $5,000. New systems will be subject to a separate contract and bidding. The Davis Bacon and Related Acts apply, requiring Davis Bacon Wages and certified payroll logs for each service call.
