The Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians is soliciting bids for on-call general and emergency electrical services for its Market Rate Rental Housing Units for a period from April 2026 through December 2029. The contract covers over thirty rental units located within the Tribal Boundaries in Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Charlevoix. The selected contractor must be licensed in the State of Michigan, have five years of experience, provide a local service technician, adhere to a two-hour or less emergency response time, provide service within 24-hour notice, and be able to service a variety of residential electrical systems. Services may be required after hours and on holidays as needed. The contract award is contingent upon yearly approval and available funding.
