Clay County is seeking proposals to design, build, and finance a Public Safety Complex on a 53+/- acre vacant site in accordance with statutory authority for public entities to develop, operate, and finance projects serving a public purpose that includes public safety facilities. Bidders are to submit all inquiries regarding this request in the specified format.
