DCI GROUP, INC., invites responses to this RFQ Statement of Qualifications (referred to as Preapproval Forms herein) for construction of the Havel Family Cancer Center at Washington County Hospital & Clinics. This project consists of an approximately 1,400 SF addition, minor modifications to the existing pharmacy to support hazardous drug storage, renovation of Physical Therapy space, as well as a renovation of approximately 3,500 SF to create a new infusion suite. Site improvements include concrete demo/paving, underground utilities, and storm water management. Responses to this RFQ Statement of Qualifications (referred to as Preapproval Forms) are invited for construction of the Havel Family Cancer Center at Washington County Hospital & Clinics. No additional instructions to bidders are provided in the available text.
