Demolition shall include the existing property as listed above and specified in the contract documents. Demolition work shall include the complete removal and disposal of the former VFW structure on the property including below grade foundations, slabs, concrete slabs on grade located in/around the specified structure, all utility connections including but not limited to electrical, potable water, sanitary sewer and cable television connections, and utility poles.
