All work required includes repairs and installations associated with bulk fuel infrastructure, safety systems, electrical grounding, drainage, lighting, paving, and dispensing equipment. The scope includes repair of bulk fencing, MSS perimeter fence grounding, fence grounding, lightning protection systems, canopy grounding, canopy lighting, and canopy roof drain systems. Work includes installing basket strainers, flow switches, pressure gauges, sight flow indicators, thermal relief valves, truck loading control valves, shear valves on dispenser piping, offload meters with meter proving connections, issue meter basket strainers, and new eyewash equipment. The contractor shall replace loading arm swivel joints, threaded piping and fittings, and repair filter separator control valves, improper flexible conduit, missing sealing fittings, exposed meter conductors, and grounding connections on catwalks, ladders, dispensers, and perimeter fencing. The scope also includes repair of overfill alarms, missing EFSO alarms and signage, EFSO systems, surge protective devices, and sealing of open fittings. Additional work includes repair of rollover curbs, containment drain piping, equipment pads, asphalt and concrete pavement to support tank and dispenser infrastructure replacement, and removal of the existing oil-water separator. The contractor shall provide a new remote containment basin; install new Mogas and F-24 dispenser islands and dispensers, including removal of existing units; install new Mogas and F-24 aboveground storage tanks with catwalks and stairs, including removal of existing tanks; install new Mogas and F-24 truck offload systems with containment; construct a new AST tank pad; repair missing handhole covers on light poles; convert pole lights to LED; and relocate light poles as required.
