Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional civil engineering/landscaping architect design services for cemetery expansion and development. The project includes the expansion of its crypts and oversized crypt burial area by adding 4,000-7,000 crypts and approximately 200 oversized crypts. It also involves adding infrastructure to the 223 acre property, including 10-30 columbarium niches, a new road for an expansion entrance, a new fenceline from Maryland Avenue to Batesville Pike, and the installation of water storage, irrigation, and remote restrooms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway. Interested parties must contact the Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs representative Andrea Neely: andrea.neely@arkansas.gov to receive an official copy of the RFQ otherwise their proposals will be considered null.
