Soliciting responses from qualified consultants to provide basic professional civil engineering/landscaping architect design services for cemetery expansion and development. The project includes the expansion of its crypts and oversized crypt burial area by adding 4,000-7,000 crypts and approximately 200 oversized crypts. It also involves adding infrastructure to the 223 acre property, including 10-30 columbarium niches, a new road for an expansion entrance, a new fenceline from Maryland Avenue to Batesville Pike, and the installation of water storage, irrigation, and remote restrooms. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway.
