The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications, including but not necessarily limited to the installation of a new 10-inch diameter PVC water main, new valves and hydrants, reconnection of private water services, side street water service connections, and surface restorations. The work will be performed while traffic is maintained along Lake Shore Drive. Question Deadline 05/05/2026 A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held. No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted less than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. The Town of Evans reserves the right to consider the bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any Contract, and to waive any minor informalities in, and to reject, any and all bids. All bids are subject to final review and approval by the Town Board of the Town of Evans before any award of contract may be made. Receipt of bids by the Town of Evans shall not be construed as authority to bind the Town of Evans.
