Reference number: 20139762 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-04-27 Description Collège Montmorency is undertaking the first phase of a parking lot redevelopment project aimed at relocating and optimizing the placement of existing automated barriers to create four distinct paid parking zones. The required equipment was already acquired by the College in 2025 and is either partially installed or in storage. This stage constitutes a preparatory phase of a broader parking lot modernization program, in which only essential work is being carried out at this stage, without any overhaul of the drainage system. This specification is therefore part of the preparation of the tender documents required for the execution of the civil, electrical, and telecommunications work associated with this repositioning of the barriers, including the optimization of their location, consideration of the maneuvers of the various vehicles serving the site, and coordination with the City of Laval and its operational requirements.
