Description

Renovation of a military facility in Syracuse, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to repair the base-wide Fire Alarms Reporting Network. Work includes replacement of forty existing Fire Alarm Control Panel radios and two front-end Fire Alarm Reporting System servers, with added capability to connect to the base-wide fiberoptic network. The contractor shall install, configure, and commission two Fire Alarm Reporting System servers with operator workstations to monitor the facility fire alarm reporting network. The completed system shall be fully functional and capable of passing the existing alarm hierarchy from thirty-eight existing Fire Alarm Control Panels at all facilities to the new fire alarm servers and radios. The fire alarm reporting network shall meet or exceed applicable federal codes, Department of Defense policies, Unified Facilities Criteria, and environmental conditions for Syracuse, New York, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with all governing requirements. Location: 174th Attack Wing, Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, 6001 East Molloy Road, Syracuse, NY 13211 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
