Sealed bids are requested for Asphalt and Concrete Maintenance for the years 2026 - 2027. Bids must be submitted to the Municipal Authority of the Township of Robinson. Bid documents can be obtained electronically or in print for a fee. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid proposal. Only bids from contractors who obtain documents directly from the specified consulting engineers will be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond in the amounts specified in the contract documents. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 and the Public Works Employment Verification Act is required. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive technical defects. Adherence to instructions to bidders is required.
