All contractors bidding this RFP shall be licensed in the State of R.I. for all trades included in this RFP, and will not be allowed to sub-contract any of the services required without prior authorization from the North Kingstown School Department. The Contractor will submit a written inspection report within 30 days of the completed inspection. This report must include verification of inspection, completed preventive maintenance logs, along with recommendations for non-emergency repairs. The contractor must submit all paperwork, inspection reports, and documentation required to the state of Rhode Island to obtain a chairlift inspection certificate.
