Emergency Repair and Fuel Island Suppression System. North Kingstown High School - 150 Fairway Drive D Building- 120 Fairway Drive Maintenance Facility -110 Fairway Drive Davisville Academy & NKSD Early Learning Center - 50 East Court Davisville Middle School - 200 School Street Wickford Middle School - 250 Tower Hill Road Hamilton Elementary School - 25 Salisbury Avenue Quidnessett Elementary School - 166 Mark Drive Stony Lane Elementary School - 825 Stony Lane Forest Park Elementary School - 50 Woodlawn Drive Fishing Cove Elementary School - 110 Wickford Point Road The following request is for a one year service contract with two, one year options for Inspection and Testing Services for Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Alarms, Kitchen Suppression Systems, Emergency Repairs and Fuel Island Suppression System. It is highly recommended that all vendors review and assess all fire panel systems throughout the School Department before bidding this contract. Vendors must have the capability to service all types of fire alarm panel systems. All Contractors bidding this RFP shall be licensed in the state of R.I. for all trades included in this RFP, and will not be allowed to subcontract any of the services required, unless said successful contractor incomes all cost, regardless of cause. Copies of licenses, insurance must be submitted with a bid offer. Vendor employees must successfully complete Federal and RI State BCI check The contractor must submit a bid bond and performance bond. Contractor must conform to RI Prevailing Wage Requirements, set forth in RID LT Municipal Contract Addendum, Prevailing Wage Requirements (RIGL 37-13-1 Et Seq). North Kingstown RI Prevailing wage notification package includes attached North Kingstown administrator notification letter, the RIDLT Municipal Contract Addendum and the requirement to submit Rhode Island Certified Weekly Payroll Form with all invoices to process payment. Rhode Island Certified Weekly Payroll Form must include copies of the trade licensed employee assigned to the licenses scope of work. All Service Calls shall be responded to within a twenty four (24) hours time period. AH Emergencv Calls shall be responded to within a (90) minute time period.
