Bids must conform with the drawings and specifications and be submitted on the designated forms available at a non-refundable cost. The execution of the contract requires adherence to environmentally responsible practices, including recycling and waste reduction. Materials used must be recycled, reused, or sourced sustainably wherever applicable. Appropriate waste management measures must be implemented to comply with local and federal recycling regulations. Disposal of materials must be done in an environmentally conscious manner, with a priority on recycling and minimizing landfill use. Failure to comply with recycling commitments may result in corrective actions or penalties. All contracts involving asphalt require "Cold In-Place Recycling."
