Replacement of the existing service switchgear at the Baler Building, Casper Regional Solid Waste Facility, 3224 Metro Road, Casper, Wyoming 82609. Question Deadline 04/24/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. Bids must be submitted online through QuestCDN VirtuBid. Only online bids submitted through QuestCDN.com will be accepted. The contractor must register with QuestCDN.com and purchase the contract documents to be considered a Planholder. A fee is required to obtain contract documents and to place a bid. Bidders must be listed as Planholders for their bids to be accepted. A Bid Guaranty, either a Bid Bond or a Cashier's Check in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid, must accompany each bid. If a Bid Bond is submitted, it must be executed by a surety or guarantee company authorized to do business in Wyoming, and a certified copy of its Power of Attorney must be included. The successful bidder will be required to deliver a hardcopy Bid Guaranty within five business days and execute an Agreement with the City within thirty days after Notice of Award. The Bid Guaranty will be forfeited if the bidder fails to execute the Agreement or provide proper bonding. Preference will be granted to Wyoming contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in Wyoming as required by Wyoming law. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held; participation is not mandatory for qualification.
