Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Base Bid includes furnishing and constructing a 22.5' diameter by 24' ground storage tank, a pump building for distribution and backwash, all associated electrical work, and pipe disinfection and leakage testing. The Add Alternate includes the demolition, removal, and backfilling of the abandoned clearwell. All work and materials must comply with project plans and specifications. The contract consists of the complete furnishing, construction, and installation of all material and equipment for the water treatment plant improvements related to ground storage. Any items required for a complete, functional facility or required by the specifications that are not listed as separate bid items should be included in other bid items. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing and addressed to: WDB ENGINEERING P.L.L.C. 6330 S.E. 74 TH Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73135 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
