Site work and new construction of a civil project in Georgetown, Delaware. Completed plans call civil work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of two main parts: The Slaughter Beach Transmission System and the North Ellendale Sewer Diversion Project. The Slaughter Beach portion includes the installation of approximately 49,250 linear feet of six-inch PVC forcemain, 3,355 linear feet of ten-inch PVC forcemain, 3,465 linear feet of eight-inch HDPE forcemain via directional drill, and 49,850 linear feet of ten-inch HDPE forcemain via directional drill. The North Ellendale portion includes the installation of 18,250 linear feet of eight-inch PVC forcemain, 3,370 linear feet of eight-inch PVC forcemain, and 14,880 linear feet of twelve-inch HDPE forcemain via directional drill. Both projects involve installation of steel casing pipe, toning wire boxes, air release valves and manholes, connection to existing forcemain, upgrades to pump station 92, pipe testing, and restoration of trenches, driveways, and roadways.
