Renovation of a municipal facility in Morristown, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work includes two bid components: Work Scope 1: Full tear-off and replacement of existing roofing system, including new polyisocyanurate insulation (R-40), PVC membrane, edge metal, drain inserts, and accessories. Work Scope 2: Thermal improvements to attic-level exterior walls, including fluid-applied air barrier, mineral wool board and batt insulation, vapor retarder, and wood stud framing. Removal of existing roofing and insulation down to plywood substrate. Prep and install new insulation, roof membrane and other materials indicated in the Bid Document Special Instructions: Check out bid requirements at https://www.morristownvt.gov/media/7116.
