Renovation of a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and transportation facility.
The project consists of site improvements and renovation of the existing terminal baggage claim into a new administration building at Des Moines Airport. Bidders may submit for the following work scope packages: General Package (Elev, Specialties, Millwork, Masonry), Glazing/Metal Panels, and Gyp/Ceilings. Instructions require statements of qualifications (Preapproval Forms) to be filled out and compiled electronically through the Building Connected website. Bidders must indicate for which work package(s) they are interested in prequalifying when requesting access to the submission portal. Pre-qualification requirements: Statement of Qualification Preapproval Forms must be submitted electronically via the Building Connected website.
