Provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and services necessary to complete construction Project Number 636A6-26-102, Replace Building 2 Condensate Leak. Work includes restoring reliable condensate return service across the affected areas in accordance with the drawings, specifications, Statement of Work, and Section 6 General Requirements. The effort shall be performed as a firm-fixed-price construction project with a 120-calendar-day period of performance from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All work shall comply with applicable codes, standards, and VA requirements. Location: VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS), Des Moines Campus, Des Moines, Iowa. the magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
