Tseshaht First Nation (“Tseshaht”) invites qualified Design-Build teams (“Proponents”) to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for the design and construction of the Tseshaht Multiplex, a culturally grounded, multipurpose community facility on Tseshaht IR1. Tseshaht First Nation is undertaking the design and construction of a new community Multiplex located on Tseshaht IR1. The facility will be approximately 23,000 sq ft and will include an enclosed gymnasium building and associated sitework and servicing. The project site is approximately 1.5 hectares. The Multiplex facility will include the following program components: Two full-size gymnasiums with bleachers HVAC and mechanical systems Washrooms and changerooms Community kitchen Administrative and office space Access road and parking areas On-site servicing (water, sewer, stormwater, power, communications) Minor off-site road upgrades to support site access Landscaping and exterior gathering areas Deadline for Inquiries: Tuesday May 12th, 2026 as per Adda 1
