The scope of work is as follows: the mill and overlay of approx. 33,500 s.y. of roadways known as Oak St, Alice Ave, Ruthen Cir, Prospect St, Round Table Rd, Sword St, and Guinevere Cir. Work also includes the full depth reclaim/repave of two streets totaling approx. 18,100 s.y., known as Saxon Lane and Keyes House Rd. Also included is the replacement of 36 WCR/CCs, approx. 46 catch basins, 2 DMHs, a leaching catch basin, associated frames, covers and HDPE drainage pipe. Question Deadline 05/08/2026 All questions by prospective bidders as to the interpretation of the Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, or Bonds must be submitted in writing to the Town Engineer at the Municipal Office Building, Shrewsbury, at least Four (4) days before the date herein set for the opening of bids. Work to be performed must be completed within 180 calendar days. estimated value of $2,172,804.34. MBE (5%), WBE (5%)
