Reference Number 0000418138 The work of this annual Contract consists, in general, of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services and supervision to selectively remove unsound concrete from the deck soffit as detailed, prepare exposed concrete surfaces and reinforcement for repair, and placing new concrete using either shotcrete or form-and-pump methods. At Matson Terminal, a full deck replacement or a deck overlay may be constructed as shown on the plans; the replacement limits may be relocated, reduced, or superseded by a different repair scheme described in the plans. The scope also includes installation of anodes on the reinforcing steel. Additional marine related repairs include, but are not limited to, concrete bull rails, scuppers, utility support brackets, pile repair, rock slope replacement, deck joint seal, sheet pile repair, and bollard repair/replacement.
