Belton Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals for the Pneumatic Control System Replacement. Proposers are encouraged to read the entire Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals prior to submitting a response. The owner will select the proposal that offers the best value for the district based on the selection criteria. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, to award contracts as may appear advantageous, to negotiate separately as necessary, and to waive all formalities in the process in order to serve the best interest of the district. Question Deadline 04/29/2026 at 1:00 PM CT The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Package 1: This project consists of upgrading the existing pneumatic controls to DDC controls for the existing hydronic systems, including boilers, chillers, and air handling units, at Belton HS located at 600 Lake Rd, Belton, TX. The project will include new BAS sensors and controls sequences for the hydronic equipment. 2. Package 2: This project consists of upgrading the controls for DX RTUs that were existing to remain during the 2259.00 project to appear on the BAS system. The project will include adding BAS sensors and controls sequences for the equipment.
