Prep floors and walls and waterproof areas as needed for the installation of new tile materials. (Linden Point Bianco LP19) 2x2 floor tiles, 10x14 wall tiles, 2x2 shower areas tiles). Provide brushed nickel Schluter strips at top of walls and at the intersections of walls and floors. Provide and install (1) new Delta single handle shower valve body and trim (T13291LHD & R-10000-UNBX, polished chrome). Provide and install (1) new shower head and flexible hose (Moen Attract Chrome 6 function 5 dia. Spray head handheld shower model#26603). Provide and install new sink faucet (Delta Dallace 25828LF Polished Chrome). Provide and install (2) new white 24 x 30 wall cabinets with locks. Provide and install new wall mirror (Fresca Hartford 24x30 FMR6124WH White). Provide and install new hospital grade GFI electrical outlets and switches and appropriate cover plates.
