Description

Site work for a mixed-use development in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and water / sewer project.

The Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) is seeking bids from qualified companies to replace the septic system at Butte Elementary School (BTE). The work includes removal of the existing septic tank, installation of a new septic tank and leach field (soil absorption system), associated piping, monitoring components, testing, restoration, and closeout. Please refer to Appendix 7, Site Plans and Specifications for additional information. The MSBSD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any minor technicalities, informalities, and/or irregularities as it deems appropriate.
