Project No. 2025.042, 2250911.01, 2230591 Contract #101 - General Construction; The project includes UV replacement, kitchen and cafeteria reconfiguration, renovation to two gymnasiums; high school gym entry corridor, locker rooms, team rooms, and training room reconfiguration; auditorium and music suite renovations; technology wing reconfiguration; restroom renovations; interior door replacement throughout the school; track replacement; stadium lighting; parking lot replacement; bus garage generator, and various other scope associated with renovations. Bids must be prepared as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder and the title of the Work to which the bid enclosed relates. Bidders are urged to attend the pre-bid meetings and walkthroughs. All questions regarding plans, specifications, or contract documents must be made in writing to both LaBella Associates and Watchdog Building Partners. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid. Each bid must include a non-collusive bidding certificate and a copy of the Bidder's Certificate of Registration with NYSDOL's Contractor Registry. This is a prevailing wage rate job. Bid documents will be available for a deposit, and upon return in good condition, a refund is provided. Bidding Documents contain requirements for qualification of Bidders, including bonding and insurance, financial statements, bank references, list of legal proceedings, surety's intent to issue Performance and Payment Bonds, and a description of similar projects completed by the Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or accept the one that is in its best interest.
