Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the vendor's name and bid title to the City Clerk/Treasurer's office. Bids must include delivery terms and state available delivery times, which must be between 7AM and 3PM unless emergency authorization is provided. Delivery employees must adhere to all plant safety protocols. The City reserves the right to accept bids by item or as a whole, to reject any or all bids, or to waive informalities. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days of opening. Bidders must sign a non-collusion statement in accordance with state law.
