The City of North Tonawanda is seeking a qualified engineering firm(s) to provide construction inspection services for the Payne Park Aquatic Facility project located at Payne Park, 848 Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, NY 14120. Services may be required for up to one year, commencing in the Spring of 2026. The work is divided into four prime contracts: General Construction, Electrical Construction, HVAC, and Plumbing. The project includes a new outdoor swimming pool, seasonal pool house, pool slides, water features, pool accessories, fencing, sidewalks, parking lot, utilities, sitework, and landscaping. Proposals must be delivered via email, and all proposals must be received on time and in full compliance with the instructions provided in the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to withdraw the solicitation at any time. MWBE firms are encouraged to apply. MBE and WBE goals are 15.00% each.
