Contract #105 - Site Construction - The work includes UV replacement, kitchen and cafeteria reconfiguration, renovation to two gymnasiums; high school gym entry corridor, locker rooms, team rooms, and training room reconfiguration; auditorium and music suite renovations; technology wing reconfiguration; restroom renovations; interior door replacement throughout the school; track replacement; stadium lighting; parking lot replacement; bus garage generator and various other scope associated with renovations. Bids must be made in writing on the required forms and submitted in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the Bidder and the title of the Work. Bidders should refer to the "Instructions to Bidders" for bid preparation. A bid security of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid. A non-collusive bidding certificate and a copy of the Bidder's Certificate of Registration with NYSDOL's Contractor Registry must be included.
