This project entails the seismic upgrade of existing gymnasium and part of the cafeteria of JW ES. Scope includes installation of seismic joint(s) at the roof to separate the gymnasium building from the main building structurally. Demo of the gym roof for seismic work. Demo and roof patch at the low roof for installation of seismic expansion joint. Safe off, remove, relocate and reinstall of MEP will be required for structural work to commence. Finishes include patch back of assemblies that are disturbed from select demo and structural work.
