The NYS Office of Mental Health and Hutchings Psychiatric Center seek to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service at the Hutchings Psychiatric Center. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, and Schedule Matrix is included in Appendix D. The bid must use the provided Bid Quote Sheet. A mandatory site visit is required, with registration completed via the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B). The facility has ongoing projects that may affect water treatment equipment and hydronic system components, with equipment coverage to begin under the contract upon project completion and OMH acceptance. The contractor may not invoice for water treatment equipment and/or systems until project completion and OMH acceptance. CR#: 2133673 Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals are MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goal is 6%. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 12, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by May 19, 2026.
