Bids are requested for the "MEDINA COUNTY CAREER CENTER (MCCC) SOUTH CAMPUS PARKING LOT RESURFACING PROJECT" in Lafayette Township, Medina County, Ohio. The work involves the removal of the existing asphalt parking lot, unsuitable subgrade repair, construction of a new asphalt parking lot, concrete pavement, curbing and sidewalks including detectable warning devices, pavement markings, fine grading with premium sifted topsoil for seeding preparation, and other incidental items as shown in the plans, stipulated in the plan notes, or as directed by the project coordinator. The parking lot shall be closed for a maximum of 10 business days. Work must be completed by October 2, 2026.
