Questions to be submitted by May 7, 2026 The City of Wheatland (City) and Olivehurst Public Utilities District (OPUD), (collectively Agencies), are seeking written proposals from qualified firms to perform construction management and inspection services for the construction of three wastewater conveyance contracts (Project). See Attachment A - Location Map. The selected consultant or consultant team (Consultant) must have extensive knowledge and experience in construction management and inspection of large wastewater conveyance projects. The Agencies' budget for the services described in this RFP is $5,000,000 . Controlling all costs is a high priority for the Agencies. The design firms for each agency will be providing engineering services during construction to support and assist the Consultant in responding to RFIs, submittal reviews, difficulties encountered in construction, meetings as needed and other technical support to the CM&I Consultant. The Agencies have programmed, designed, bid, and issued Notices of Intent to Award for three contracts to accomplish conveyance of wastewater from the City of Wheatland's existing collection system to OPUD's wastewater treatment plant. The following construction contracts will be included in this construction management and inspection contract: Contract 1A - City of Wheatland Pipelines Contract 1B - City of Wheatland Pump Stations Contract 2 - OPUD Regional Sewer Pipeline and Pump Stations Questions Due: May 7, 2026 at 5pm.
