General Scope of Work Includes but not limited to: _ Construction of the Joint Operations Center Building per the permitted plans including procurement of the PEMB. _ Construction of the Vehicle Storage Building per the permitted plans including procurement of the PEMB. _ Civil construction per the permitted plans. _ Landscape construction per the permitted plans. _ Demolition of existing building "B4" per the permitted plans. _ Completion of project in accordance with Federal requirements. _ Completion of project in accordance with requirements of the permitting Authorities Having Jurisdiction: City of Flagstaff, State Fire Marshall. _ Commissioning of all building systems. _ Coordination with municipal and franchise utilities for completion of work. _ Completing work within public and private utility easements.
