The project includes site preparation, grading and drainage works, track installation, and associated civil works required to deliver a fully functional rail-served transload yard. The scope of work is structured as a mandatory Base Bid, which includes mobilization, removals and disposal, earthworks, grading and drainage, track construction, and provisional work items. In addition to the Base Bid, optional items consist of high-security fencing and powered access gates, and electrical works, including high-mast lighting and associated electrical infrastructure.
