Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Dillard, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
Contractors are invited to submit a lump sum bid for the Rabun County Fire Station #5 construction project. All needed finish site work, retaining wall, paving, curbs and gutters, concrete and masonry, mechanical, electrical, painting, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and all other scopes of work needed for the Rabun County Fire Station #5 are included in this package. Building will be constructed per plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted in duplicate on the bid package Proposal Form along with a 5% bid bond. No faxed or emailed bids accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud after the submittal deadline. A thorough review of the bid package description and bid documents are required prior to submitting bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the building site. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgement, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the opening date. All contract documents may be examined at the Rabun County Commissioner's Office. Qualified bidders may request reproducible PDFs of all bidding documents via email. BP# 04-26
