No total values given in BT, hence Bidder have been added without amount. The project is titled "2026 Road Project" and involves road work on various streets in Hanover Township, Northampton County. The work includes the following quantities and types of paving: 4,325 square yards of FB-Modified Leveling Course at 175 lbs/sy, 7,648 square yards of FB-Modified Leveling Course at 150 lbs/sy, 7,959 square yards of FB-Modified Wearing Course at 150 lbs/sy, 2,758 square yards of variable depth milling, and 12,284 single/double seal coat. All materials must meet PENNDOT Pub. 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PENNDOT prequalified. Proposals must be submitted on Township forms and marked "2026 Paving Proposal". All bids must include a certified check or bid bond for ten percent of the bid. The contractor will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract price within 20 days of contract award. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will apply. Bidders are asked to drive the roads and check current conditions before submitting a bid. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts thereof, delete projects or portions due to budget constraints, and waive technicalities as deemed in the best interest of the Township.
