The project consists of base repair, crack sealing, and micro surfacing within Susquehanna Township. Bids must be submitted online. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond not less than 10% of the bid is required. All questions about the Bidding Documents must be submitted via PennBID. Bidders must comply with state antibid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit. The project requires compliance with federal and state rules on environmental protection, the use of the E-Verify system for contractor and subcontractor employees, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after opening.
