This contract provides for the installation of two new well house buildings around recently drilled municipal drinking water wells and other work, all in accordance with the attached contract plans, contract provisions, and the standard specifications. The scope includes extending existing access, a structure, a vertical-turbine well pump and motors while connecting to the existing water, electrical, and communications systems to make those new wells functional for the Water Station 1 Wellfield. The contract work shall be physically complete within 180 working days from the notice to proceed.
