Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of repairs to the Pacific Community Park Skatepark. Project Questions shall be directed in writing to Kara McGarry with Public Works Parks and Nature Division at Kara.McGarrv@clark.wa.qov Resurfacing _ Polish all concrete skating surfaces, approximately 17,500 sq ft, to a finish between Steel Troweled and Light Broom. _ All graffiti shall be removed from skatepark area in resurfacing process, or through additional physical or chemical process approved by County representative. Repair _ Fill approximately 1,600 linear feet of cracks in concrete skate surface. The contractor shall repair all cracks greater than 1/16" with Sikaflex-2c NS/SL or Crack-Pac Injection Epoxy for vertical surfaces. _ Patch approximately 400 sq ft of broken concrete with SikaTop 123 Plus or Ardex Tilt Wall Patch for vertical surfaces or approved equal. Sealing _ Seal entire skatepark surface and sidewalks connected to skatepark, approximately 22,000 sq ft, with a penetrating concrete sealant suitable for skate surfaces. _ Retool and seal approximately 1,700 linear feet of joints on skating surfaces chipped greater than 1/16" with Sikaflex-2c NS/SL. Including joints surrounding the steel coping. _ Re-grout 15 linear feet of pool coping.
