Renovation of a municipal facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Contract provides for the removal and replacement of a Condensing Boiler Unit with a Lochinvar Crest Commercial Condensing Boiler, or approved equal, at Vancouver City Hall, located at 415 W 6th St, Vancouver, WA 98660 per the Contract Documents. The contractor shall work with the City's current HVAC controls contractor to perform all integration required, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, the Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The Contract Work shall be physically complete within 20 working days from the Notice to Proceed. Engineer's Estimate: $125,000. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 4:00 PM PT All project-specific questions, requests for clarification, and requests for substitutions must be submitted in writing, via email, to mark.nowak@cityofvancouver.us.
