The University is requesting Proposals to provide Construction Services for water infiltration remediation at Mondale Hall, located on the west bank of the Twin Cities campus. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Construct the Work in phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated below. 1. Phase 1 - 2026 Construction Scope of Work: a. Plaza waterproofing replacement between the main building and the courtrooms. b. Refurbishment of the curtainwall above the main entrance of Mondale Hall (If Alternate 01 is accepted, this work will be implemented in 2027). c. Masonry restoration at the stair tower next to the main entrance to Mondale Hall. d. Masonry through-wall flashing replacement at the mechanical penthouse e. Masonry through-wall flashing replacement above ribbon windows on the third and fourth floors north elevation of Mondale Hall. f. Flashing repairs and replacement of failed insulated glazing units of the skylights between the 2001 building addition and the original building. g. Procurement of copper coated glazing given limitations on fabrication. h. General masonry repointing and sealant joint replacements. 2. Phase 2 - 2027 Construction Scope of Work: a. Replacement of the third and fourth floors ribbon windows on the north elevation of Mondale Hall. b. Replacement of the failed insulated glazing units of the curtainwall above the main entrance and at the north elevation of the curtainwall outside the courtrooms. c. Interior Repairs
