The Maryland Stadium Authority is inviting interested prime Offerors, on behalf of The Board of Education of Caroline County Public Schools, to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications. This is the first step in procuring Construction Management Services for the replacement of Lockerman Middle School. Through this process, the Authority will establish a pre-qualified list of Offerors who will be able to submit proposals in response to a subsequent Request for Proposals for these services. Only Offerors pre-qualified through this process will be issued the project-specific Request for Proposals. At the conclusion of the pre-construction period, the selected Construction Management firm will have the possibility of entering into a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for construction of the project.
