As of April 24, 2026, a Request for Proposals for Design Services has been issued to the short-listed architects. The owner has also issued a Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager, which is closing May 5, 2026. Construction is anticipated to begin in September 2027. Information provided is for reference purposes. Interested parties should refer to the postings on the owner's website, the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage website, and the Maryland Stadium Authority Bonfire portal for official solicitation information and documents The previous solicitation has been included below for reference. The Maryland Stadium Authority is inviting interested Offerors to submit a Statement of Qualifications in response to a Request for Qualifications. This process is the first step in procuring Architectural/Engineering Design Services for the Replacement of the Lockerman Middle School. Through this process, a pre-qualified list of Offerors will be established, who will then be able to submit proposals in response to a subsequent Request for Proposals to procure the specified services. Only those Offerors who are pre-qualified as a result of this process will be issued the project specific Request for Proposals.
