Sealed bids are requested for the installation of a walk-in freezer/cooler at a specified high school location, using the Kolpak Model CUSTOM only—no alternate manufacturers allowed. The bid must cover all labor and materials to remove existing walk-ins, install the new walk-in units, erect and caulk as needed, and perform refrigeration work, including removing old condensers, installing new ones, connecting refrigerant pipes, hanging evaporators, starting up units, obtaining permits, arranging crane services, providing additional electrical and piping to evaporator coils, and hanging and wiring LED lights. The installation excludes utility upgrades and prevailing wage and requires reusing the existing roof curb. Coordination for fire protection sprinklers and BMS connections is expected but associated costs will be covered separately by the school. Bids must be submitted on the provided form, include a notarized familial relationship disclosure, an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, and be clearly marked with the bidder’s name and bid type. Incomplete, irregular, or non-compliant bids may be rejected at the owner’s discretion, and the owner reserves the right to accept or reject any part of any bid for the best interest of the school district.
