Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Holland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 360-square-foot water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: removal of buried 5,000 gallon hydropneumatic water storage tank; replacement of three booster pumps and associated valves and piping; 360 square foot building addition; (2) 660 gallon hydropneumatic bladder tanks and associated valves and piping; all associated equipment, demolition, mechanical, electrical, controls, and site work. Attendance at the bidders information meeting is mandatory for all General Contractors wishing to submit a bid on the project. Bids shall be submitted via email. Drawings and specifications are available online or at the office locations specified. Only active members of the designated plan room can access electronic bidding documents. Hard copy documents are available for a fee. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for at least one hundred twenty days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. For bid surety requirements, see the referenced instructions to bidders section. Access to the site for inspection will be granted by appointment. Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid.
