Site work and paving for a civil project in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
The project consists of reconstructing Ferry Street from 11th Street to 15th Street. Items to bid include approximately 3570 linear feet of new curb and gutter, 1705 linear feet of 42-inch storm sewer, 1730 linear feet of sanitary sewer main, 1710 linear feet of watermain, and other items necessary to complete the project. The work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications on file with the Engineering Department and the prepared form of contract and bond. No bid shall be awarded unless accompanied by Certificate of Organization and Authority, Disclosure of Ownership, a list of Subcontractors, and a certified check or bid bond for not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the total amount bid. Bidder's Proof of Responsibility paperwork must be on file with the City, showing sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract. Bids will only be accepted from qualified bidders. All applicable contract documents and city ordinances are part of the contract. Bids are received electronically through QuestCDN.com.
