Description

Site work for a multi-residential development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

The objective of this procurement process is to select an Elevator Company to modernize the elevator in the La Crosse County Carroll Heights Building located at 3505 Park Lane Drive, La Crosse, Wisconsin. The elevator is the only one at the facilityso timing is critical as residents will still occupy the building. The project must be completed within 8 weeks from the start of the project. We are asking for an alternate to have the contractor to work 2 shifts to lessen this time frame to 4-6 weeks.
